Stumbled across your blog by accident, and I see you still have crepes in your wish-list! Consider making these (http://wp.me/p1NEWx-54), they won’t disappoint. (Recipe through the link on that page.)
Thanks so much for your comment! Those look so delicious, perfect for a light breakfast. I will definitely have to try them soon.
Oh man, not only are we blog twins (meaning our layout/color scheme) but I also had a wishlist page before I abolished it…but I love yours!! I want to make pretty much all the same things (minus the meat)…I have been eyeing Smitten Kitchen’s Creme Brulee French Toast for months 🙂 And if you like chai, I really liked the chai biscotti I tried from Kitchen Trial and Error. And I LOVED the dutch baby from The Wednesday Chef (“Sow’s Ear Baked Apple Pancake.”)
Just a couple other things from my current wishlist…Smith Island Cake (there’s some ridiculous version floating around on the internet with crushed Reese’s on top!) and Martha Stewart’s Banana Split Bombe (http://tinyurl.com/78n39zt). I think these are pretty universally drool-worthy. Also if you find a good lemon poppyseed muffin recipe, I would love to see it!
Oh my goodness, thank you for your lovely comment 🙂 We must be twins because I totally saw Smitten’s Kitchens French Toast Recipe and kind of freaked out at the awesomeness coming from the page! I loveeeee chai! I will definitely have to try those biscotti, these sound wonderful!. I would love to make Smith Island Cake too! I saw a recipe in Cook’s Country a few years back and dog-eared it – the layers are stunning. I will definitely keep my eyes open for some lemon poppyseed muffins – they are most probably my favorite flavor muffin of all of them!. Have a great day!
