  1. These are the modifications we made. Definitely used more kale, and probably a bit more mushrooms. Finding that the end product was a bit blander than we had hoped, we added the following (in approximate quantities):
    2 – 3 Tbsp Braggs aminos
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp ground cardamom
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    juice of one lime
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    Simmered for an extra 5 minutes
    It came out wonderfully!
